I’ve been a passionate yoga student for a long time. And as a Yoga teacher I look forward to sharing all the lessons I’ve learned along the way.
What is Yoga, exactly? The word "Yoga" literally means "union". essentially, "that which brings you to reality."
The practice of Yoga can be a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual practice, accessible for all ages and shapes, giving you access to a level of presence, truth and clarity.
Yoga teaches us that we are already whole, complete and perfect. Our job is to find it.
Yoga supports you in showing up in your life so you can make the difference you want to make.
To facilitate that process, we meet you where you are, as you are, and support you in getting where you want to go.
We’re here to support you in creating what's important to you. We offer socially distanced classes in a variety of offerings so you can still be in community with your community!
Located in Houston, We strive to share the magic that happens when physical meets mindful, starting with our neighborhood and community at Elyson, in Katy, Texas.

Proper form helps prevent injury.
One of the most valuable parts of any exercise class is the teacher. Community yoga is a great middle ground between yoga alone and hiring a personal instructor. In a community class, you have the benefit of a professional showing you how to do each move with proper form. Plus, if your form is a little off, the Instructor is there to help assist you to ensure alignment and possibility.
Find motivation and inspiration.
The best way to motivate yourself to push through another chaturanga or wheel pose is by having other people by your side to cheer you on.
Be part of a community.
By being part of a community, you can find support and guidance from people who are on the same journey as you. Whether that journey is to better your health and wellness or improve your strength and endurance, there will always be someone who has your back.
Private & small group sessions
Private yoga classes allow you to work on the poses that make sense for you on your schedule and at your own pace. These private sessions allow you to ease into yoga in a safer manner, with proper alignment and a clear focus on your goals and needs.
Small group sessions allow you and a few family members or friends to get together and yoga in a more private and tailored format.
Live on-line zoom sessions
We understand not everyone is ready to get out and about or that you may be more at risk than others. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience the magic of yoga and practice what's important to you. No matter where you are, you can join us for a live zoom yoga class.

For your class, set your mat up where the camera and instructor can see you. Have a towel, water bottle and any props you are familiar with.
How often do you get together with your friends? I’ve got a fun idea that’ll get you reconnecting and bonding with your friends in no time! Whether you’re planning a Sunday brunch or group pampering after morning child drop off, everyone needs a little bonding time with their friends.
Do you want to help build community with a group? Think about doing group yoga. Do you want to rest and relax? Unroll your yoga mat for an invigorating full-body flow where you’ll explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. A foundation-building yoga class that will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive pace. Power Flow is perfect for students looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat. This class strengthens, balances and detoxifies your entire body and mind as you move through more challenging postures with connected breath.
Sculpt Yoga pushes you to dive deeper into your practice. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move. You’ll combine free weights with our powerful flow sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.
